I AM GRATEFUL FOR...

If you could do only one thing that doesn't take much efforts and give you all the abundance, then  what would you do?

Or

If you could do only one thing that too doesn't take much efforts but will take away even what you have, then what would you do?

First one is GRATITUDE.

Second is COMPLAINT.

I didn't say this, all the great philosophers and even all the the religions believe this.

Whoever has gratitude will be given more, and he or she will have an abundance. Whoever doesn't have gratitude, even what he or she has will be taken from him or her.

- RHONDA BYRNE

1. "But I Am Already Grateful."

A person who is truly grateful would never use phrases like "I don't have enough anything " The statement is clearly opposing gratitude. A grateful person is quite aware of the fact that he has many things in him which others might lack.

2. Make A List

Take out some time for yourself and write down all  your strengths and even the material things or good people you have in your life. Whenever you feel like you are not good enough or you don't have enough, read this list and tell yourself that you always had many things and you can always have more things. This is called counting blessings.

When I started counting my blessings, my whole life turned around.

- WILLIE NELSON

3. Develop a Habit

In the book "The Magic" by Rhonda Byrne, the author recommends to start your morning by saying thank you. When you wake up in the morning, immediately say thank you and keep saying.

Secondly, maintain a gratitude journal and daily write down three things for which you are grateful. This is the most effective habit of successful people.

Thirdly, when going to bed, reflect on your day and pick the best thing that happened in your day.

These three habits will make you believe that no matter how rough the life is, you always have something to be grateful for.

4. Abundance Mindset

A person who stays grateful and keep counting blessing is aware of the fact that universe has abundance. Even in difficult times when life seems falling apart, he/she still knows that life has many reasons to be grateful for. The person has an abundance mindset.

To think what you think is to think TRUTH, regardless of appearances.

- The Science Of Getting Rich

Disease and poverty are appearances, Health and Abundance are the truths.

5. From within the heart

Gratitude is not just saying thank you but it's way more than this. It's feeling from within, deep inside your heart. It's accepting that you have many things in you and your life which are more than enough. So whenever saying thank you to someone or something, say it from within your heart.

" As we express gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them."

- JOHN F. KENNEDY

Now fill this.

" I am truly grateful for _________ because _________."

1. Getting up in the morning

2. Praying

3. Before and after a meal

4. Exchanging money

5. Getting something new
