Have you ever tried to become positive and felt even more negative?

Yes, Many of us did.

Because being positive is not suppressing your inner feelings.

Being positive is realizing what we feel , accepting all the feelings and then healing those which keep making us miserable and then move forward with optimism, gratitude and love.

Stop avoiding your misery and pain.

 

How to Heal?

Healing is done by expressinanger, sadness, fears, regrets and love.

You may take a piece of paper and a pen.

Or

Sit in a quiet and comfortable place.

You may also close your eyes and put your right hand on your left chest.

Let’s Start…

1.    ANGER

Count the things which make you angry from your past.

Especially, if you’re a person who never express his anger.Write all the reasons from your past and present which make you angry. Expressing your anger is important.

 

[ We are humans and we become angry at moments]

 

2.  SADNESS

Count the things which make you sad from your past. Cry them out. List all the reasons you are deeply hurt for but you have been avoiding.

 

[ No one is truly happy, they all are faking it]

 

3.  FEAR

Count the fears that are holding you back. Express your fears.

 

[ No one is too strong]

 

4.  REGRET

Count your regrets. List down all the things you feel regret for.

 

[ Humans commit countless mistakes.]

 

5.  LOVE

Now, it’s time to list down all the things you love in yourself. Feel proud and thankful for yourself. You suffered a lot and you’re alive. You’re not weak. List down all your strengths. Love yourself. Be kind to yourself.  

 

[ There are unlimited reasons to love you.]

 

 Now if you’ve done the activity above.

Promise yourself to not become angry, sad, fearful and guilt for the things that not gonna last for much long.

Don’t punish yourself for your past.

You can do nothing about your past but accept it and move forward with positivity and hope.

And remember, No one’s past is perfect.

 

Keep doing this activity whenever you feel low for no reason.
